Chronic Disease Day is recognized by local community, state and national government leaders across the country on July 10th (7/10) to represent the seven out of ten individuals in the U.S. who succumb to chronic conditions such as all types of cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and other chronic and rare conditions.
Our goal is to provide actionable information on what everyone can do to help prevent chronic illnesses and how to support those with unpreventable illness. Join us to show your support, raise awareness and promote self-care best practices that reduce individual risk and lower unnecessary healthcare spending.
If we work together, we can lower the number of preventable illness and dedicate more resources to those who need it most. That is why we are asking America to Care, Commit and Connect this July 10 for Chronic Disease Day.
